1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements are strictly enforced. A breach of any eligibility condition is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

4 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of gf77 services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active gf77 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or contact details used. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be voided.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. gf77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. gf77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gf77 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours of approval. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. gf77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.

5.4 Declined Transactions. gf77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. 5.5 Currency. All balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply foreign exchange or international transaction fees independently of gf77.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gf77 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Each bonus promotion is subject to a specific Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on gf77 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general terms. The following overarching rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. gf77 does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms (e.g., system errors, manifest pricing errors).

3. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gf77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information, including false date-of-birth declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.

9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any gf77 content in any form, without the prior written consent of gf77.
